Frog Competition
Win a tree-mendous rainforest frog...
The Prince’s Rainforests Project (PRP) in association with The Campaign for Drawing and Cool it Schools has teamed up with Wild in Art to give schools the chance to win a giant frog sculpture to paint.
One winning design for the frog will be chosen and the winner’s school will receive the frog, paints, an education pack and guidance on how to involve everyone in the creative project. The completed frog will then be used by the PRP in its campaign and afterwards exhibited at the Eden Project in Cornwall, home to the UK’s largest rainforest in captivity.
The competition winners will be entered in a draw for one winner (accompanied by an adult) to attend an event at St James' Palace in November to meet HRH The Prince of Wales.

But hurry! The closing date for entries is 15th October 2009.
The Frog
The frog, which was created by Wild in Art, is a 70 cm high fibreglass model of an Argentine Horned Frog, which lives in tropical rainforests and is the PRP’s rainforest ambassador. The prize includes a frog, paints and educational pack to help with painting and creating an educational piece around the frog.
The idea behind the frog is to bring home the message of why rainforests are of such global importance in a fun and creative way.
Schools can also buy frogs as a resource to teach about the rainforest in a fun and creative way – email
