Whole School Rainforest Focus Day
Rainforest Week
- Get the entire school involved in the Quests during the week.
- At the end of the week, children come to school dressed as a rainforest creature.
Other Ideas

- Involve the parents/adults in a Quest.
- Gives brothers/sisters and families the opportunity of working together.
2. Let’s have a Rainforest Quiz!
- A great end of term opportunity to test knowledge and have fun.
- Try a family quiz evening.
- Set the organisation of the quiz as a Quest for older children.
3. Get to know your neighbours
- Try a cluster event/week on The Prince's Rainforests Project.
- An ideal way for children about to transfer to make new friends.
4. Produce a play-in-a-day
- An exciting way of working as a team to a challenging deadline.
- What about 'rainforest monsters' as a theme? There are some really scary beasts in the rainforest.
5. Music Workshops
- Set the whole school a shared Quest.
- Produce a Musical Composition in a Day
- Involve every child in the school. Work as a class/year group or house team.
- Use instruments and voice to create a soundscape of the rainforest.
